Rental Pre-Requirement

  1. Documents:Passport Copy, local driver`s license with address, Liability Insurance certificates (3 items)
  2. Ages:over 18 years old with proper job
  3. Must have cell phones for emergency communication
  4. Must have Private liability insurance
  5. Storage media is not included. Please prepare by cutomers.
  6. People who can handle rental equipment gently and return as rental start conditions, we will compare returned equipment with our rental start condition pictures. If there are any damages, we will charge you the following costs.
    (1) Up to 400,000 Japanese Yen – CANON EOS 5D MARK IV + Sigma zoom lens 70-300mm + CANON EOS 20mm 1:2.8 lens (set)
    (2) Up to 200,000 Japanese Yen – CANON EOS 60D (APS-C) + CANON EF-S18-55mm + CANON EF-S55-250mm (set)
    (3) Up to 300,000 Japanese Yen - SIGMA Super zoom lens APO 50-500mm F4.5-6.3 DG OS HSM (Full-size) + Tripod
    (4) Up to Japanese Yen – GOPRO HERO8 + Action Accessory set FeiyuTech G6Max
  7. Not allowed to take equipment outside Japan

With full agreements with customers for flight video shots.

Costs

Note

(1) Rental equipment will be delivered to your designated place
(Hotel in Tokyo is no logistics costs, logistics costs to other places will be charged separately.)
(2) Rental Equipment will include minimum insurance fees excepting GOPRO sets
(not enough for accidents/lost. Private liability insurance is mandatory for rental.)
(3) Returning day is the date you return equipment to our hand (Early return refund will not be provided.)
(4) For planned rental over 1 week, please ask us for planned schedule and costs
(5) Equipment do not have storage devices. Please prepare devices by customers.
(6) iPad, Android Tablet, Smart Phones are not available, please prepare by customer side.

Cancellation fee

  1. No charge for cancel 1 month before.
  2. 50% charge for cancel within 1 month to the planned date.
